Training, Coaching, Team Building & More

The Lighthouse Leader Program consists of four workshops that cover crucial leadership fundamentals through instruction and action learning assignments. The workshops can be taken as stand-alone or part of the complete program. Self-paced and Interactive options are also available. I recommend adding one-to-one coaching alongside the training for a development experience that's as transformative as it is practical.

Other services include Leadership Away Days, Team Building Events, Sales Training, Sales Enablement, Bespoke Training, Keynote Engagements, Customer Experience and Culture Projects. These are priced individually.

Self-Paced Training

The program consists of 12 hours of instruction and action learning exercises. Topics are given helpful context and explained in simple terms so that it's easy to digest and, more importantly, it's easy to apply.

Interactive Training

Each workshop is a full training day with a mix of instruction, group exercises and debate. Delivered in-person or virtually, the interactive workshops offer the most immersive learning method.

Team Offsite

This in-person leadership training event incorporates group work, team discussion and action learning exercises for a team to emerge clearer and more connected on how to succeed together.

One-to-One Coaching

Available for all leaders irrespective of experience or whether the training program has been completed. I'm versatile and can support you wherever you are in your leadership journey.

Lighthouse Leader Program

Workshop 1: The Inner Game

Leaders face many challenges, and mastering one's “inner game” is a critical skill. Without a healthy awareness of ourselves, leaders can become trapped in a reactive cycle of firefighting, taking control of tasks that their team should own and upsetting people unconsciously. When the accumulation of challenges exceeds our capacity to handle them, our inner game is compromised, and our effectiveness diminishes rapidly.

Workshop 2: Effective Interactions

Under pressure to perform and with a strong memory of how they achieved success as individual contributors, frontline managers can often get involved in more of their team's tasks than is beneficial. Teams quickly feel disempowered, and interactions become steeped in drama when they feel micro-managed. Ultimately, this approach erodes team engagement, it adds workload to the manager and can lead to attrition of top performers. This workshop enables leaders to build trust and negate drama when it emerges.

Workshop 3: Nurturing Performance

Frontline managers usually have little experience that prepares them for crucial performance conversations. This training workshop aims to provide managers with the instruction and support they need to nurture capability within their team through effective feedback, coaching, and challenging conversations.

Workshop 4: Building Rhythm

Building a clear game plan and developing an operating rhythm will help players master their approach. It also ensures players can step in for each other, enabling a consistent customer experience. Conversely, when teams have lost their rhythm, the “doom loop” can set in, where inputs feel disjointed and even desperate.

Team Offsite

If your team is newly formed, facing unprecedented challenges, not cohesive or collaborating effectively, or experiencing interpersonal friction, then this will help. This offsite aims to address whatever blockers restrict trust, collaboration and healthy conflict within the team and build a bridge to a new way of working together.

One-to-One Coaching

Becoming a better leader, or the best version of ourselves for that matter, requires a force that is greater than our existing limiting habits. Once we escape the gravity of these, we create a world of bright possibilities. A good coach is one of our best allies on our journey. Let's schedule a free 30-minute consult to see if this is right for you.
